formerly known as Unique International Commenced its business of Wood Veener in year 1995 earned a good reputation in Wood industry in less than a decade, represented top most European brands in India. Diversified business in 1988 to Wood finishes, representing well known Italian brands in India. Over the years, Unique International perfected its products by means of breakthrough paint technology with emphasis on innovations to always offer top quality solutions. Woodver background lies in its two founding members’ commitment: Mr. Raj Kumar Goel and Mr. Sante Zando (Board of Director, Verinlegno SPA). After gaininig an experience of more than 15 years in Paint Industry, in 2014 Unique International entered into a JV with Verinlegno SPA and established Pvt. Ltd. Company with the Name “Woodver Coatings Pvt. Ltd”.
The purpose of this joint venture is to bring strategic technologies, products and experiences of our partner that enable us to bring even better products that are hallmarks of excellence.
